As the economy takes a nose dive, it has come to the realization to most americans that our jobs are gone, ore going.
In order to stabalize our economy we need more jobs. So stop sending hiring over seas, or out of the country. Keep the money in the US and find jobs local.
So as the title say’s don’t outsource, In-source.
- Buy local
- Goto local farmers markets (make sure products are not shipped in from other countries)
- Find people in your neighborhood who can do the same thing, if not better.
- Need an assistant, don’t outsource it to a foreign country, look at your local newspaper, craigslist.
- Or when looking for an assisant in freelance.com, guru.com, rentacoder.com set the search for USA
- Only go outside the country when the talents and skills are not available
- Don’t always go on price, some of the “outside the USA” contractors may not know what you are trying to do, or what a specific idea is trying to relate to.
Okay, this is more of a rant, but our economy is taking a dive. If I can change or help one person with this post, then it’s worth it. Otherwise it’s just another job lost to the global economy.
