This is my affirmation to you, and to my goal of making 100,000 dollars this year.

So, let’s get you up to speed quickly

During the summer/fall of 2007 I was looking for new videos to populate my Itunes, I came across “The Next Internet Millionaire”.  This was a great reality-elimination-series produced for free.   I was hooked, the Apprentice meets Internet Marketer.

I have been doing some backseat google adwords advertising for my computer site.  After watching the mini-series and watch just small tid-bits from the speakers, I was inpsired.  I ended up spending over $800 on adwords for a few sites, only to generate a measly $15 in adsense revenue.

That’s it.. Im done, at least for now.  Back to the drawing board to figure out what I did wrong.  Here is what I found and learned..

1. Lesson: I only wanted to market to the US.  and I thought I was, until I realized that the World starts its day in the middle of the Prime Meridian
   (pacific ocean).  Austrailia is the first country to start the day.  That means that all my advertising budget was spent before the sun even rose here in the USA.
2. Fix: Change the google campaigns to only present ads to the United States.
3. Lesson: Google by default will put your ads on the “content” network.  This is NOT the search engines, but people placing google adsense on related sites.  I was getting clickthroughs from them, but no where near what I wanted.
4. Fix: I reduced them from .50 per clickthrough to .02 cents per click through.  I do get a few clicks, but much less.  Which is good so my budge remains.

I realized I need a bit more training, so I will chalk this up to “education”.  And continue trying.  I WILL NOT GIVE UP.

So where am I to go for information.  Well, I watched the next internet millionaire and decided that this seemed like a worthy product.  The price is a bit higher than I wanted.  $97 would have been great, but it was under $400 at the time.  Okay, If I do things properly I could make that money back… return on investments (ROI) stuff.

So I took the plung into the Secret Classroom.

It took over 3 weeks to get to me.  This is longest I ever had to wait for a product online.  I better be worth it.

When I received the product, I opened the large box to find the entire full season of the Next Internet Millionaire.  Then I pulled out the 2 CD Binders which held 6 CDs each.  There is also a small workbook with areas for notes. (not enough room for my note taking though).

After watching Mark Joyners CD on Simpology I knew what I needed to do.  Focus, and create content
